Hard to tell but it looks promising.

Maybe a soak in acetone and some toothpick action around the mintmark (to remove the gunk) would help.

With the circulation flatting the device on FIVE CENTS, it looks the same as the mint mark. So I don't see any evidence of a RPM. A closer view to the east of the mint mark mark show me more. Here are the listing for Variety Vista:
