On the early Memorial reverse designs, the die doubling on the outside edge of the devices and on the right side of the 'FG'. Not much going on in the centers of the devices: SBS:
Most of the arrow you are pointing at is coin contact marks that made an incuse mark there. On the images I posted note the lower part of the devices are showing an extension to the rim or towards the center. The ones I posted were very minor. But year ago when I was a new collector, I looked real hard. (that is why I found minor stuff) http://www.coppercoins.com/lincoln/...ie_state=eds This one would be a major one to find back then. But when you look at them for a while you start to figure out what to look for. They are not easy to spot. You have to study why they are a DDR, and then look for that on all the coins you search.
