Appreciate grading for 2 following WL quarters.

My est. for the first is MS61/62 but I do notice a couple of scratches on both sides. Comments?

2nd, AU58-MS61? Bit more scratches that 1st quarter?

Also, what causes the different "toning" between the 2 quarters? THANKS!!

I would say an easy 65 on the first example, and 64 on the second.

Thanks for the replies!! I'm finding it a challenge to take quality photos of such shiny coins. I use a USB microscope and noticed when viewing on my monitor that small changes in the coins position can mask scratches due to glare. I double checked these 2 coins and the photos seems to fairly represent the actual surface quality. Thanks again!!
