Good evening Folks still trying to narrow down some coins I'm considering having graded any thoughts on this coin would be appreciated.. I have several like this some are a bit better quality I'm just learning how to photograph the coins thanks in advance Chasp
Submitting a coin for grading by a leading, reputable service such as PCGS or NGC comes at a cost--a cost which may well exceed what you could get for the slabbed coin should you decide to sell it. In terms of Lincoln wheat cents, large numbers of high grade coins have been submitted over the years--meaning there is a very large population of quality slabbed cents 'out there' already. If you haven't done so, check ebay for PCGS or NGC graded wheat cents. Of course, if you have a coin which would be a certain lock for a MS70 grade, that's an entirely different story.
If you're interested in just gathering a nice collection of MS graded and slabbed coins and grading fees are not an issue, there's nothing wrong with that.
