I was putting in all the data into Numista from your answers... Grams 0.8-2.5, date range 1100-1200 and German states and nothing came up...

On that account:

Does the German state of your coin start with A-P?

I don't see where you got 2.5 grams from.....we need to find the coin it's a variety of, then dig for the variety itself, not on Numista.

I was simply using that 2.5g as an upper limit at the moment, to see where that would take me.

Does the German state of your coin start with the letter A-D?

How can he be so sure to narrow it down to 50 years date range, yet the coin has no date on it. Could it be recognized without being dated.....I was thinking a date range....does that make it a commem....I chose standard circulation because of the age.......feedback folks....
