A hazard of microscopic photography. Every coin can have 2,367 things that look like errors.

It is a very light lamination that is sliding of the coin. Note there is a swath NW/SE including the date area, thus the metal movement on the coin. This in not damage, but an error lamination. But circulation can make it move a bit. Not a premium for the coin. But that is what really happened to the coin.
