1982 Mint Mark Error?---D/D/S? - Coin Community Forum

I know there's a lot of d/deterioration and post mint damage but what I'm looking at are figures around the mint mark that are protruded. Practice, practice practice. From the little I can see, there is zinc rot eating away at this coin.
