thats a shocker but comments here regarding resubs seems to be accurate. based on what I've been seeing they want fields that do not have any type of discoloration on them. I was going to comment it in my original post but the reverse right field starting with the middle of the E in one through STATES and under ICA is enough to keep it out of 66. I think add to that the chatter on the shoulder and a few marks on the beard was enough to keep it out of 66 range. I cant see why it was 64 though. to get above 66 it needs to be that blazing red. its tough enough to judge a 66 from a 67 in hand let alone from photos.
