A rotator note is more uncommon than a 2 digit radar (at least that's what I've been told). I rarely see these & I wish I could tell you what its worth. It is $100 (most special # collectors I know seek smaller denominations) and we need to see an image of the whole note (front & back) to give a better assessment of its condition (paramount to the premium).
