Ebay Having Issues With Sales Tax On Coins Again.

RPT Pillar of the Community United States 921 Posts	Posted 06/19/2022 12:16 pm There is no sales tax on coins and bullion in PA. They get it corrected for a while then they must put a change in and screw it up again. It started by just charging sales tax on shipping. Now they are charging sales tax on price plus shipping. Two of the recent reps I've spoken with have actually suggested I fill out a sales tax exemption form with ebay. I suspect that's not even legal. Report this Post to the Staff
