I think this coin is sexy! But how would it grade?

I'll say EF-40, possibly a details coin.

if a coin was cleaned or damaged in way after it left the mint a grading service would place a designation of details on the coin. if the coin is collectable or rare it would devalue the coin. if its a common coin like this one, its worth face value

Your title says, 1965 Washington quarter, but pics are showing an '83. Possibly you provided the wrong pics?!?!
