Brandmeister Pillar of the Community United States 6624 Posts	Posted 04/23/2024 11:20 pm A late die state, evidenced by that tree bark or orange peel effect on the surface metal. The feature is fairly straight for a die crack, but it definitely could be. Another possibility is a long die gouge from a hard object scraping or striking the die surface.
