oriole Pillar of the Community Canada 5239 Posts	Posted 08/14/2024 8:42 pm Assuming that it says "noumea" on the back, it is Pick #45, which unfortunately simply states it was issued between 1969-1992, and does not identify the signature varieties or whether it can be narrowed to a smaller range of years.
