Very Nice!. Believe it or not, because I read this post, I just went into a 72p roll I had and found a DDO 72, I've posted pics here Not nearly as nice of grade as this one, but 'll take any coin roll hunted variety I get.

Grissinb, Errers and Varietys is correct.... your coin is Machine Doubling.
I have one very closely matching yours which I kept for reference:
