It's Ming dynasy Hong Xi tong bao, but not readily found among some reference books. Maybe because it's regarded as a counterfeit or copy. So online may have better search results. Update: It is seen in Schjoth as Hung-hsi t'ung pao 1168 & 1169 Emperor Jen Tsung AD 1425 Note: I came back because I did not look in Schjoth the first time around. Also I was much confused with the unusual Top & Bottom characters that did not seem to go together in the places first searched. However, it is shown in Schjoth.
