I think so.

Sadly, it would cost nearly 300 dollars for both of them. Money I do not currently possess. Lol.

Thanks, guys! I went through all the rolls.
I was basically able to fill almost the entire Memorial cents era section of the album with the finds. There was also some interesting ones. A lot of BU/UNC looking 1980, 1981 and 1982 cents. I'm not sure if someone like dumped their collection or what.

I gotta say... It honestly felt like a complete waste of time. I did find three wheat cents. A 1944, 54-D and a 56-D. In other words, what you would basically expect to find in wheat cents. Lol.
I thought this would be a fun project given how much I had looking through rolls before. But I feel that that novelty has kind of worn off.
The only thing that surprisingly showed up in this batch of rolls was a 1974-S. This is a coin that I have only found twice now while doing this and for whatever reason seems to be pretty scarce, despite not being low mintage.

I think I will effectively finish up the first album I had at some point, and that's probably it for now.
The most interesting coins for me are the wheat cents personally. If there was a way that I could look through rolls exclusively of them... I think that would be a different story.
I mean, obviously, I could purchase them on ebay. But that's not really a route I want to go.

I think to this end for now, I will start working on some of the other sets in my collection, namely my Buffalo/Liberty/expanded Jefferson collection, SBA dollars and some of the State quarter/ATB quarters via roll hunting for fun.

I've had a lot of fun going through nickel rolls in the past and I don't really see them going away any time soon.

Their end will come sooner rather than later.

Nooo. Don't say that!

I do have a feeling honestly though that in the future, all coinage under 25 cents will be gone.

The dime will probably hang around a while, just to make the quarter awkward.

Maybe. Lol.

Honestly, in terms of spending, I don't use cash anymore generally.
I use debit cause it's just much more convenient personally.
Even as someone who collects coins, I hate having a pocketful of change.
Also, of course, the trips to the ATM. It's nice not having to do that constantly.

I am the same. I rarely use cash. I keep at most $50 on me in case I need it, but I seldom do. I do not even bother with the actual card now, I always use tap-to-pay with my phone. If a place does not have tap-to-pay, I go somewhere else.

I rarely use a card, fodder for "the man" to track your life. I also avoid CC fees that some places are charging again.

I can't help but think of this when I hear the phrase "the man."

You are posting this with a connected device, right?

The only way to avoid "the man" is to ditch all electronics, empty all bank accounts, and move to the desert where there are no cameras. If you do anything on the internet, you are being tracked.

It is better to just enjoy all our modern conveniences while we wait for the 6th mass extinction to take us out.

I rarely use cash for anything. I use cards with cash back and pay them off each month. I'd rather not have to worry if I have enough cash on me or make sure they gave me back the right amount of change. I do miss looking through my change coins but I don't miss having them all in my cup holder in the car or a jar of change on my dresser
