This weighs 9.0 grams and has a diameter of 17 mm. It looks like one of the Indian Sultanate coins, but I can't find a match. It also looks like the numbers 9 and 5 at the bottom.
@ori, I agree on your assessment of the numbers, but would add a zero at the end. Maybe dated AH 950? The closest I can find (which is admittedly not a great match) is Delhi Sultanate, such as this one: https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=6664323

I read the date as 957, and also about 2 o'clock on the first photo read either Mahmud or Muhammad. It does look like a sultanate coin, but I wasn't able to find a match in a quick Zeno search.
