Very hard to tell from the images but the mint mark is medium size. If you could provide better images then I could tell you the die marriage.

Yeah, more like F15 or VF20 detail. Harsh cleaning but it's still a CC. Problem-free VF-20 examples seem to sell in the $300 range. I'd need a very substantial discount in order to consider a purchase.
