Chase007 Pillar of the Community United States 7509 Posts	Posted 05/12/2026 10:44 am I think MS65 is realistic but not the FBL I was always thought that FBL is a designation where the two sets of horizontal lines at the bottom of the Liberty Bell are fully struck, distinct, and unbroken and undisturbed. I would assume the ANACS would follow the same. the line appear to be full however, there looks to be impingement on pretty much all of them. just like FB on the Mercs you never know what they see. this is why you buy the coin not the holder NGC: All horizontal bell lines must be separate; no minimum grade, but most FBL coins are Mint State PCGS: Requires MS-60 or better, full separation of the lines, and no major cuts or distracting marks Report this Post to the Staff
