2024 P Washington Quarter Defective Planchet Error?

sunny1983 New Member United States 26 Posts	Posted 05/31/2026 10:56 am 2024 P Washington quarter Dr Mary Walker 5.71g weight. Rim is copper all around. Mostly copper showing on obverse and reverse of coin. I would appreciate any help to determine if this is a defective planchet or not.
