Here is another toned Morgan-it is more blue toned that what shows on the image. What is your grade? Is that what you think CACG graded it?

I'm not seeing original surfaces under that toning, the overall coin looks flat and dull with no life. can it be the photos, sure. I think the coin was previously cleaned, possibly dipped and not rinsed properly and put away. I've seen this on other silver coins that were cleaned.
AU details (cleaned)

Tricky one. The toning is interesting. I think panzaldi's assessment is accurate.

MS-63. Not a fan of the toning on this one.

It's very questionable.

Ouch x2 with the cleaning and reverse damage.
It should be a good test for CAC, though.

This one clearly suffered from a terrible image. It is my favorite coin of the whole group. As I mentioned above, the coin has blue highlights. What you don't see at all is the glowing luster on this one. It is just fantastic in hand. The mark on the reverse is just toning, not damage (though I agree the image makes it look like it.) This coin was graded CACG MS-64. I am disappointed that this did not get a 65. It seems clear to me that CACG does not value luster like PCGS / NGC. I pointed out the few marks on the obverse, none of them are severe. Probably ownership bias, but this is a premium coin.
