MS-63 with nice eye appeal. just a note, when the GSA sold this one to the public originally, it was considered substandard and sold to the public at $15 instead of the $30 price of uncirculated coins.
The obverse has chatter on the cheek and in the hair, EPU, and the fields. The reverse has one deeper ding beneath the eagle's left wing (our visual right). Raw, on a bourse floor, I'd see this as MS-62. The big three give some grace to GSAs, and I'd see them coming in at MS-63 here. The toning is uneven, but original. (At least it isn't a Redfield with peach juice enhanced measles!)
