1961 Lincoln Memorial Cent Mint Error - Struck Through Reverse Die Cap

Found this one today. I am going to present the pics and some comments and let it go at that. I have sent photos to Mike Diamond and will post his answer when I have it.

Obverse has some light reflectiveness to it but overall looks more business strike than proof.

Obverse rims are flat and prooflike.

Edge is flat with no beveling and shows what appear to be strong ejection scars (coin stands on edge pretty easily).

Memorial design on the reverse is raised, Lincoln in incuse.

Weight is 3.05g.
