1970-D Washington Quarter With "Possibly " Rim To Rim Die Crack.

I came across this coin. This die crack starts at RIC in America and goes through the wing and comes out near the S (right side of s) and goes to the rim. I realized the RIC had some raised metal. The coin is heavy circulation and very late die stagge.
Im trying to see what you guys think.
