Here are the details, it looks to be a huge one, and almost all bronze and copper coins, which seem to be in an amazing preservation since they were all found in 3 large clay jugs. Photos are in the linked article.

Seems like all coins have now been removed from the site and are currently being preserved and under going conservation. The linked video shows the condition these coins are actually in. The closed captions in English also work.

In case anyone is wondering, INRAP is the French government agency charged with archaeological excavations of property redevelopment sites. Being a government agency, it means that the hoard of coins (apparently about 40,000 coins in total) will almost certainly remain intact and on display in a local museum, rather than be sold to collectors.

Thanks for sharing. Wow. Coin hoards are amazing finds. Some Roman hoard coins are available to collectors, mainly from Britain where the laws permit it. I have one late Roman bronze coin from the Nether Compton hoard. To have source provenance is very cool.
