I'd agree with Celtiberian, rather than Greek proper; if I'm reading the script correctly, the writing beneath the horse/cow is something like "EKuKeKuKe"; the trick with Celtiberian is there's a lot of variability across the region, and a slight difference in a letter or two can radically change the final word.
