Austrian 1620 1 thaler Ferdinand II I believe. It does appear to have been counterstamped.
Not too familiar with these but some research should be able to give you a value.
This should give you a starting point.

I can't find this exact coin on numista.com, but our very own tdziemia here on the CCF and Numista can probably ID this fairly quickly. Definitely Austrian/Bohemia, and closest match appears to be N#105664.
Yours has the number 70 below the obverse bust and since 120 Kreuzers equal 1 Thaler, your 70 is a little more than half of a thaler.

As I understand it, this is a rare coin with a countermark. How much could it be worth?

Bohemia, kipper half thaler of 70 kreuzer, 1620; perhaps KM 263 but there's apparently a bunch of similar subtypes and I don't know what the difference is.

This example, in what looks like a better grade, sold for 1500 euros in 2023; this one, in what seems to be a slightly worse grade, sold for 1000 euros in 2026.
