This weighs 7.3 grams and has a diameter of 24 mm.

You can see some greek letters to the left and the right of what looks like a tick but I am sure that it is something else.

This coin is from the island/city of Kos (also sometimes spelled Cos), dated to the period 170-88 BC. The Greek inscriptions on either side of the lyre are the city-name KWION to the left, and the magistrate name ALKIDA to the right. The obverse features the god Apollo.
