this weighs 7.9 grams, and has dimensions of 20x22 mm.

There is not much to go on.

It appears to be cast, those bumps look like casting sprues. This fact should narrow it down a bit.

On the almost obscured side, I see what might be faint letters above the dotted rim: ANT
