2021 Kennedy Half Dollar Obverse Lamination/Bubble Error

I recently found this coin while coin roll hunting. I do not claim to be an expert on error coins, but this doesn't look like any PMD that I have ever seen. My best guess is some type of lamination/bubble error. I would appreciate any opinions you all might have!

Maybe a bubble caused by heat? Just my opinion. I'm not definite.

Would you say caused by heat after minting? so PMD?

That's very strange, CKcollectibles2. It seems that we don't see laminations on clad coins, so the most likely explanation is heat bubbling. But your coin does not have the usual "burnt" appearance of the campfire coins we see so often here.
Can you get a picture of the edge where the anomaly intersects it?

Inordinately fascinated by bits of metal with strange markings and figures
