Can anyone tell me if my kansas quarter is unique due to the lip/rim is so much higher than normal? Also the edge is smooth and mostly copper. Also can anyone tell me if it has a detached leg

Put this quarter on top of another quarter and you will
see that the diameter is smaller. A sign of a Dryer Coin.
