Having Issues With My Laptop Recognizing My Scope.

I have been having issues with my laptop as of late and think it may be related to the last update to windows 11 but not for sure. First, I was having issues with my laptop recognizing my printer when I would plug it in the usb port, and after 3 hours of messing with it, I downloaded the driver for the printer and it started working again.

I am now having the same issue with my scope but cannot seem to find a driver for it and have no clue where the original disc that came with it is.... Any direction with this would greatly be appreciated. I cannot find anything but the brand name on the scope and the links for the brand name will not open.
