I am wondering how so many foreign radar notes can be found. I don't have any, but I know I will be watching out for them. -------------------------------------------------- 1941 five Francs Morocco

@GR58, your Kryg note reminded me that I have some of those... I like 'em. Unusual size.

Quote: GR58, your Kryg note reminded me that I have some of those... I like 'em. Unusual size. Nice notes CK When I see notes like these, makes me wonder how they carried them around. Beside the small size, to me, the quality of the paper does not seem like it would hold up. I do like the different colors, might have to add some more to my collection.

Quote: When I see notes like these, makes me wonder how they carried them around. I've had the same thought when traveling to Europe. My wallet is useless over there except for carrying plastic. The notes are either too large or too small. Quote: I do like the different colors, might have to add some more to my collection. These won't break the bank.

The Bank of Zimbabwe might be hard pressed to exchange for those Kyrgizstan notes.
The rest of us, not so much.

Great looking notes, Gooner24! And to CCF! I like those French Franc notes. Nice! @Makanudo, your additions are very nice as well, and very colorful. What's that blue-ish note with the dragons on it between the NZ and Myanmar notes? This is one of my favorite threads on CCF. Maybe it's just all the colors and I'm simple like that.

I just went through my collection and it turns out that I have that Bhtuan note as well. Glad I checked before heading out to the 'bay to pick one up.

@tech - does the "ND (1919)" on your UK note mean "No Date printed on the note but it was issued in 1919"?
@thedollarman - cool notes there... crazy to have consecutive notes like that 100+ years after they were printed. Are they pretty much uncirculated?

CelticKnot, asked Quote: @tech - does the "ND (1919)" on your UK note mean "No Date printed on the note but it was issued in 1919"? == That's my understanding, ND(no date on the note) but printed Oct 1919 according to SCWPM pg 581.
