I have use software in the past, but went back to Microsoft Word and just created a list. I want the software to be able to transfer my inventory to a flash drive or disc as backup. You can use Excel if you want, or OpenOffice (it's free). I went to Coin Values and used their format for several of my series and downloaded them to XL. Much easier for me to work with now. Oh and I can design a complete series of cells for additional information and just cut and paste for additional coins and data. BTW where can you get XL for free. If the sw packages actually had links to update data from say Krause (cheaply) then it might be worth it to me. But I don't think that is available. Report this Post to the Staff
