This is not the best of scans, in hand the coin is probably 10-15% better.

I would grade it at EF-40 with a value of about $60 US, though it will probably be more in the UK.

I think EF40 is a little High there is no detail left on Britannia's face and the shield is also fairly worn I'm thinking more f-vf. Better picks might make me change my opinion..

Most of these coins that I have come across seem to have a weak reverse strike.
