Following two coins do not have clear mint name on them. But they can be typographically attributed to Burhanpur mint. First one is a half paisa

Next coin is a quarter paisa. These two coins have Ilahi month below an elongated line on one side. One the other they show "falus" below another line above which, mint name is usually seen on Burhanpur coins. On these two, something suggestive of "ha" of Burhanpur issues is visible.

A paisa coin of Akbar issued in A.H.1000. This has a unique design with date struck as "Alf".On the reverse, mint name is written "urdu zafar qarin" below upwards.(Usually on his coins, "zarb falus" is struck on the side with mint name. Here, it is on the side of date). Legend is enclosed in a circle within a circle of dots.

Quote: This has a unique design with date struck as "Alf". Very interesting as the opportunity to express the year so simply is very uncommon. I don't believe that there are any AD dated coins from the year 1000 with just M for the date, although there are some from 1500 AD that use MD.

Yes boss.It is interesting. And thanks for the post. "MD" is written in numeral. "Alf" is a word meaning One thousand. You may remember "Alf Leyla wa Leyla" meaning "thousand nights and one night", the original title of the famous "thousand and one Arabian nights" popularly known as "Arabian nights" . This coin has another beauty. The legend can be read from below upwards continuously from one side to the other like falus alf = falus (of) 1000 zarb urdu zafar qarin = struck at urdu zafar qarin.(camp mint)
On his usual issues, zarb falus followed by mint name is found on one side and the date in words (with or w/o in numerals) is seen on the other.

Here we have an issue of Jahangir from Bairata. Jahangir is above the transverse line on the obv. Similarly Bairata also is above the line on the reverse.
