If you already want to buy coins you can find them in Bulgaria from local guys who do metaldetecting. You can buy great and really uncleaned coins from them. But,if you happen to travel to Serbia message me and I will get you coins for cheap(if you can cross border with them). I have local dealers who can sell 100-500 pieces every week. But I think Bulgaria have more Roman coins then Serbia.

I suppose you don't want advice but:
When you are in a country other than your own, go out of your way to abide by the local laws. When you get to borders, it may be perfectly OK for someone with a local passport to take countless coins out of a country but not allowed for you to have even one. Laws don't have to be 'right' or make sense. I have a friend that has spent way too much time being hassled by border guards and customs officials so he no longer feels comfortable visiting certain countries even if he has no coins. I suggest buying coins that are already in your own country unless you are very sure you know the laws on both sides of every border you cross.
