I would have had to scan for Silver. First thing I thought of when I read the beginning was.. Its all silver. lol That was a very nice thing you did. It was very smart to run it back through the counter and have it deposited into her account. If you had just walked away, whos to know if the teller wouldn't just keep it. Not saying she would have, just a lot safer. Smart quick thinking! Now when ever you see an elderly lady at the coin counter you'll wonder if that's her.

That's a nice thing to do. If I had seen any silver coins in the bunch I probably would have taken them and replaced them with a clad coin, but only because in that situation it would have been deposited as a regular dime or quarter anyway.
