AusCoin - yes I do have a spare 2004 pointy. Bought one and then found the second one a week later when noodling. Always the way! She has already spotted it in my 20c album. She is smart - 2 years ahead of where she should be at school - I have no chance.
wwwww - I like that idea, but the coins will all look the same to her (as they do to me!) Maybe have that as a side collection.
I am going to let her decide what to do next, I have shown her a lot of coins today with a lot of potential collection ideas. Whatever she decides I shall support. At least with this hobby you can park it for a while or sell it or try and collect each type of coin ever produced. darn I love this hobby!

Just bought a random lot of world coins, as I'm now into looking for chook type coins, anyway I can see a few seahorse coins, do you want a seahorse coin it's the size of a 5c. Still trying to put them into types of coins I have no idea what countries there from, might have to post pics in the identification forum.  |

I'm only guessing but I think that one comes from Singapore. Kids adore coins with animals on them. Give your Daughter the first pick through them I bet she picks the animal coins  |

You are a GOOD sort AC I got you confused with Dibby. What is wrong with kids anyway. At the end of the day they are the "ONLY" real investment you can make. I have 4 the Missus has 5 and between us we have 22 grandkids. When they come and visit they make me feel like a GOD. I do spoil em but that is my job, After all I'm Grandad Edited by trout1105
