I am sorry for thr crappy pic I have been searching every where for my charger, and my old camera the screen is broken so I cant see how to adjust the settings(i know I have it set on auto and thats the best I can do) as soon as I find it ill post better pics, and no the ding on the edge is just that, poshe out on the side and worn down.

now that I look at it more it might be a Cud but I cant 100% tell, ughhi wish I could get better pics out there

Well I will say it is at least an EF coin, but better pictures are needed. There looks to be some wear on the top fo teh eagle's feathers and some wear on the bust front on the obverse, so cannot be more than an AU, but the details are strong.

Nice coin! How much did you pay?

i paid $71 including s+h, I found my charger like 5 minutes ago so in about 15 min ill post better pics including edge pics. sorry for the wait

along her neck below her chin there is a line that follows the contour of the neck, (like I said this is my firts capped bust) is this normal. I looked at other pics and havent seen it, might be because of wear though.

dont know much about capped bust verietys, whats premium for this coin. Also what your opinion on the edge is that a Cud or just a ding (if it is a Cud will that increase the value?)

I dunno. I think you did well I would think that is a $95 or $100 coin in a retail setting. Looks more like damage to me than a Cud. Which is probably why you got it for $71. BTW, can you get a closeup of the date?

From the pictures posted, I agree, this appears to be an O-104, Rarity factor 3.
