Its probably a free listing, however ebay will charge their final value fee (a % of the sale price)....

tisk tisk Sel, shame on you, you know you shouldn't be encouraging them to destroy money and besides they won't take little parts of notes But good try

For memory with the old paper money you use to have to have a percentage of the note but I don't know what the rules are now..I think there's something about a torn note can be refused and you can refuse to take one, I think that's how it goes but not really sure sorry

always found ripped notes at royal randwick as a kid, if I found enough of both serial numbers I could almost always cash them in.

id just give him the zimbabwe (i actually have one, gave it to my dad as a joke:P) and tell him to keep the change, just so this guy gets stuck with a fee worth 7.9% of $16,000,000

"Dear solution2852,
Ahahaha! The forum is awesome! I have done as you suggested. Thanks.

Still no bids.
Perhaps it is because he only has one side pictured (how do we know it is really a 2003?). I am most reluctant to bid on a coin without seeing both sides; even a bargain like this.

i wonder if he wants a cheap supply of 5c pieces? I'm sure I could sell him some for a couple of $k each, which would still leave him a massive profit margin.

erkle has the right idea. Maybe a few people could message him offering to sell them to him for 10k each.

I guess this explains some of the listings we have been seeing lately. I wonder if this policy will change if there are too many "junk" listings
