To me it looks like you got a better coin then you bought. If I were in your shoes I would leave a neural and explain that he sent you the wrong coin but was willing to refund your money.

Are those pictures in the right order? The second one looks better. Maybe it is me.

It appears that the coin you got is in nicer condition. I would personally leave positive feedback, but make it clear that you received a different coin than the one you placed a bid on.

But, if you did mix the pictures, I would give neutral feedback.

Also, ask if he has the coin that you originally placed a bid on and see if he'll pay your return shipping and send the right coin.

Hope it all works out!

The first coin is the one I bid on but didn't receive. It has pretty good bones. The second pic I received. It has a pretty good gouge in the cheek that doesn't show on the pic very well. It's just about a push, value wise. I'm just gonna leave neutral feedback which I would expect if I did that. He said he had 2 of em and just forgot to change the pics when he posted mine.

If he's willing to give a refund, why give neutral feedback?
Better to give none. IMO, YMMV.

I would definitely contact the seller. Virtually every seller I know wants to make things right. If it's an honest mistake, and he'll fix it, I would never leave Neutral or Negative feedback.

People make mistakes.
If he's willing to fix it, by all means let him!

Yup, 'your mileage may very' - it's a hiker term when giving advice. 'It takes me 5 hours for that trip, but YMMV.'

I think you received a better coin but that's just my opinion. If you're not happy - return it. I feel very strongly that the buyer pays the return shipping in cases where you have the coin in hand and have simply changed your mind.

However, if he sends you a different coin - the seller should refund the return shipping costs via paypal or whatever - otherwise she/he deserves negative feedback for shipping the wrong coin and expecting you to pay return shipping.

i agree with everyone here in saying looks like you got a better coin than you thought you were getting, so really no reason to feel like you were cheated or something doesn't make alot of "sense" to really hammer him or anything probably a honest mistake. sorry for the pun I had to

I would leave a "better than pictured" blurp in a positve feedback and let it go at that.
