54dollarcoin, should you ever decide to retire from the coin business someday, please remember that I would be a buyer of any nickel dollar error or treasure that you may have squirreled away.

coincollect1, the short answer is from a friend, who knew I was crazy about nickel dollar errors. He had picked it up at a Torex auction, probably more than a decade ago.

@SPP I will try and dig out that triple clip from one of the safes it is hidden in and show some pix. The incomplete planchet clip 1966 will be ready for the "days of Dollars". BTW even my dear mother is for sale if the price is right  |

Almost forgot SPP You Do Know that us Coin Dealers never retire from the business...We just keep stapling away at the old 2x2's until we die with a gem and magnifiier in our hands ! What a great life!

54dollarcoin, I have two triple clips, one is a 1977 and the other is a 1982 Constitution. Your voyageur triple clip would make a nice addition to my set.  Here is my 1977; PCGS graded this one MS-63.  I still need to photograph my 1982 Constitution clip properly. It was shown here by its previous owner.
