What is the weight of the coin? I agree with it looking like it was plated after mint.

I'll get it weighed soon. I also need to get a better pic :)-I'm 95% sure its not plated because of the light-weight. Plating would only add weight,but this one is as light as some aluminum coins.

The OPs coin is either plated or has been harshly cleaned. It does not have any luster - it has a brassy sheen. The color is due to whichever of the two I said actually happened, and that could not be determined without far better images.
