XF45 is my guess. It has excellent eye appeal!

I was thinking along similar lines, at least XF40, but...may warrant a Green Bean.

This one seems a little "under" graded. I would have thought a solid EF-40 coin as it has lots of head and eagle feather detail.

I found it very difficult to find XF(like) CC quarters like this one with a nice original look. I have a lower grade one (raw). This is a very nice coin.

Nice looking coin. Leave it to PCGS to be tough on the grading. I was thinking XF45 on this one. VF35 seems a bit harsh, but maybe my grading is just too optimistic!

yes, please...
i think they were unhappy with the wear on the higher points of the obverse relief especially across her face, bust arm and thigh. On the reverse, there may be slight wear spot on the (my) right wing as well as some weak strike or wear on the motto, its hard to tell from auction pics.
again though, I drool, nice quarter
