I like 63. The cheek is a little skritchy, but the fields are very nice. For the record, I think you have a VAM-19B1 here - an early state of the "Bar Wing," before the true wing break. 19B2 is a yet earlier die state, with the heavy clashing seen here even more prominent.

MS-62 with above average luster, might make a MS63 at a TPG like PCGS on a really good day, but most likely would fall just shy.

Bought this one as a 62/63 ....while it's slabbed as a 64 I've seen worse mistakes by the big 3

Honestly, if you sent that into PCGS, 5 out of 10 times it would grade 63 and the other half would grade 64. I've seen so many specimens graded 64 that look similar to yours, condition wise. When TPG's such as PCGS process as many coins as they do, coins of common dates slip by so much easier than honest collectors hope for.

Plus, that luster is gorgeous which would definitely help boost it up to a 64. Nice coin!

I would say MS 63. It's a nice looking coin, and at the end of the day, a matter of opinion.

MS 63, that hit on the face is kinda distracting.

Good Buy!

looks MS-64 to me but grading from photos is hard to do grade spot on.
So it may very well be MS-63 as others have said.
Great Morgan with tons of eye appeal
