noahs-numismatics No that is not a good deal. You can get 100 for $2 at wizardcoinsupply and the shipping was only about $6 for me, so if you order more than just the flips you will have a good deal.

YoungNumismatist, wizard coin supply has good prices can you tell me if they are the 'thin' cardboard?

I have been getting all of my 2x2's from my local coin shop for a year or so now. I pay $3.80 for 100.

I see where you are coming from stud722, but if you were to buy a lot of them then the extra $1.80 per 100 would add up and be more then the shipping would be. As for which one is quicker then of course the local shop would be. Also, there are no really local shop where I live.

If I had a choice I would always pay a little extra to support a local shop just because they are a local shop over any internet deal. I think a dollar or two here and there is a small price to pay to be able to keep the convenience of being able to stop by anytime you need something right then. If you always purchase from online dealers and you have one near by soon that may be the only option you are left with

Hi,

Just want to share that I have just purchased some coin albums from this store on ebay!!

They have coin album of all sizes as well as currency albums !!

The ebay store is named Dr Zeve Station with the following link

http://stores.ebay.com/Dr-Zeve-Station

(copy and paste the link onto your web address if the link do not work)

Besides coin albums, they are able to get other coin accessories as well!!

Perhaps one can feel free to drop a question on ebay to them if required !

Hope everyone here can support.

Thank you !

Bryan1315, I agree and I would buy locally if there wasa really local coin shop and I have a way to get there. I am only 15 so transportation is key in this matter. LDRC (Lost Dutchman Rare Coins) is sort of close, but it is out of the way to me. My parents would take me up there if I asked, but not on a regular basis.

I do tend to buy from my local shop for a couple of reasons. First off, yes it is quick. I can grab whatever it is that I need on the way home from work. Second, the price is not that bad and I can see the quality before I buy. I really do like to support my local shop. Not to mention, as I buy more from my local guy, the more likely he is to work with me on prices. It's a win win

Cool, thanks. Even with 6.50 shipping its still cheaper than the local coin guy, but not by much.
Thanks!

Does anyone like to use those self adhesive 2x2s, eliminating the need for staples?

Sort of a good point. When you consider postage and/or shipping charges, lost in mail, wrong orders and then not what you really wanted, this is a smart choice. And people should remember that when and if you need something, a local coin store can come in handy if you've been there in the past. And you can see what your going to get and if not what want, you can discuss exactly what you mean with someone. In most instances a local coin store charges a bit more than what you see on the internet but then too, if near by, a short trip and you get it now.
Remember that when you order from someone on the internet, your just a sort of no one. Those order companies have no idea who you are nor care less. A local dealer is looking to make regular and steady customers.

Got an order in from wizard coin supply. They were a little thicker and had 'dust' on them. I don't mind the thickness just that they are dirty out of the box.

On to the next supplier.
