oldskoolmadskills, yep!! Its prooflike and cameo like the proof cameo I posted at the bottom!! Almost could be mistaken as a proof!

Beautiful & Frosty 3CS! Is it me or does the letters seem to be thicker for the business strikes and the proof letters are thinner?  Edited by oih82w8

The look of yours is definitely similar to that of a proof cameo. Here's my example - the toning hides the cameo a bit in the picture but it's definitely evident in-hand. (The spot of "weakness" on the reverse is actually a scuff on the slab) 1869 PCGS PR65 Cameo  |

Smokeridon, the coin actually was bought raw from someone I know and he submitted it and it got ms63 with no pl however its in a older NGC holder so it could get PL designation. But I'm gonna keep it in the original holder.
Smalleagle, look at the 1861 I posted, that one is a PR64 cameo and my MS one looks prooflike and looks like a proof!

Bryan1315, my bad, I forgot! I was just paying attention to the paper insert and forgot about the prongs. Either way, maybe on a good day it will get PL and maybe it won't. I will say this, I went on the net and found some other NGC and PCGS PL 3 centers and this one looks as good or better!!
