I *like* your writeup. Too many (personal opinion, not fact) ebay sellers use the first-person plural to describe their sales, whether they're a "we" or not. Me, I've always felt that using first-person singular implied to the seller a more personal commitment to the quality of the coin offered - I'm not some faceless company, I'm a person and I stand behind my offering personally. As do you. Your images cannot be faulted. Yeah, you still have to honor your return policy but IMO between your choice of verbiage and the images you've a really good defense against SNAD claims, and should you ever get such a claim you should fight it. 2 pieces of advice: 1) Use more of the characters available in your title. Throw Susan (Forum Mom) an email to pick her brain on the topic. She may be the single savviest ebay seller I know. 2) If you intend to do this regularly, cast about for an ebay auction html template - plenty are floating around on the Internet for free - and learn how to integrate that template into your own auctions. I originally did this a long time ago because ebay didn't allow images of the quality I wanted to put into my auctions, and the template did. After almost a decade of selling with it, that template is now my ebay "identity." People recognize my "look." It stands out. Note how many ebay sellers of high volume utilize that consistent "look." But you're going to have to learn a little bit of HTML to use it properly. Learned once, though, you'll never have to learn any more again.

Thanks Super, thats some good info ! I will have to study her listings.
I don't really know what shipping to Canada entails or what it would cost. I know that when I was collecting my Canadian large and small cents that the shipping costs were considerably higher.

Oh yeah, I'm experimenting with free shipping to see if I get more lookers. My thinking is if one sells for just a cpl bucks, I will try Noah's idea and slap it in a letter for the price of a stamp. If one sells for somewhere around eight bucks or better then a bubble mailer.

I just listed a cpl for Saturday to see if they do any good. Kinda sucks that this is a holiday weekend but who knows maybe that's good. I'll have to keep a good eye on them.

Sweet ! I hit the 20 dollar mark with one of my Indians ! I bought 5 pennies from that guy on ebay for 18.55 and sold 4 of them for 61.65, that's not too bad. One of the pennies he sent me had obviously been cleaned and retoned so I didnt bother with it. That was fun. I knew if a guy was willing to take good pics that was half the battle. Well, good pics is the main thing. Anyways thanks for guidance.
