my only suggestion is that you make your heading identical to his, so that any buyer who is searching, and finds the dud-listing will also find your warning. "licualamapu" maybe - http://www.pacsoa.org.au/palms/Licuala/spMapu.htmlare you interested in palms as well as coins ? cycads ?

I'm not too familiar with ebay....so you can take your listing off anytime you want? In the middle of people bidding on it?

You have to cancel the bid first and then end it.

Woohoo! Wait another few days for a similar listing now... Surely ebay can block certain IP addresses to prevent repeater sign ups?

Need to be ready to take him down again. Weeds have a habit of sprouting just when you think theyre gone.

There are many things they COULD do -but don't. One of the things companies always seem to miss is that when you stop someone successfully the first time, they wont come back and do it 50 more times.

Blocking IP addresses doesn't work because most people have dynamic IPs.

Cookies are set on individual machines. If a machine has been used for fraud before, immediately flag any listings. Activity can be profiled too. You list baby goods repeatedly, then a high value coin - that is something out of the ordinary. You have zero feedback and list an item used In fraudulent transactions... There are many checks which could be automated...
